Overview
We’re looking for a
Digital Ads Manager
to lead the strategy and hands-on execution of paid campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will manage the entire digital ads process from ad creation and strategy to optimizing and scaling campaigns — particularly on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, with some exploration into other platforms.
Our dream candidate is a data-driven digital marketer who loves seeing the results of their hands-on work in adjusting bidding strategies, keyword research, testing audiences, and iterating on campaigns in real time. You’ll balance analytical precision with the willingness to experiment on emerging platforms to keep our brands ahead of the curve and will have experience moving the needle in both direct-to-consumer and B2B ad efforts.
Responsibilities
Own daily management of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and more
Optimize campaigns in real time — adjusting bids, audiences, creative mixes, and placements to maximize ROAS
Leverage data to build and refine campaign strategies, reporting regularly on performance and insights
Experiment with new ad platforms and emerging digital trends to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with creative teams to brief on ad assets, ensuring they align with performance data and brand standards
Ad creation and placement testing: types, copy, angles, offers, and more to find a winning recipe and keep ads fresh
Develop B2B digital strategies (LinkedIn, Google) to support the sales team in generating leads for our custom hat events
Stay ahead of platform updates, targeting options, and ad best practices, bringing proactive ideas to the team
Qualifications
Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta; familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest & other platforms
Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
2 years of experience managing e-commerce ad campaigns and strategy
Experience with B2B digital advertising (LinkedIn, search campaigns, etc)
An analytical mindset with comfort in interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions
Ability to brief and collaborate with creative teams to repurpose existing content and brief in new requests
Some experience in ad creative building, Canva, Adobe, and light video editing is a huge plus
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities at once
