Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our business development team. As a fresher, you will be trained and guided by senior team members to develop the skills needed to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities. Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) along with senior team members. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches. Maintain CRM/database with accurate client information and activities. Support the team in business development initiatives and marketing campaigns. Learn and stay updated on industry trends and company services. Key Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. MBA (Marketing) candidates are also welcome. Employment Details
