Work with clients in a one‑on‑one relationship

Use DMS systems to create repair orders and verify client information

Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update clients frequently

Verify that the final invoices are correct and complete

Explain all completed work and charges to clients

Requirements

Exceptional customer satisfaction skills

Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant

Above‑average energy level
