Join our fast‑paced Service Department at Blasius Chevrolet Cadillac where we strive to make every customer a lifetime customer. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and an exceptional service experience.
Responsibilities
Maintain the flow of the Service Lanes throughout the day, ensuring prompt and courteous service while creating a memorable customer experience.
Own the customer's service experience by applying consistent service processes and delivering on the dealership’s promise.
Provide automotive and product knowledge, support concierge activities, and guide customers via phone, email, text, or in person.
Present vehicle diagnostics, service repairs, maintenance services, and recommended follow‑ups to promote safe, worry‑free driving.
Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
Qualifications
Professional, well‑groomed appearance with a customer‑centric attitude.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or automotive industry.
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
Time‑management ability to meet or exceed completion targets.
Team focus with a drive to inspire consistency in service quality.
Clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo pre‑employment background checks and drug screening.
