Pay Base pay range: $75,000.00 per year – $250,000.00 per year
Compensation
– 100% Commission with projected income of $75,000 – $250,000 a year within 3 years.
Ideal Candidate Traits
Possesses a California Real Estate Salesperson License or ability to obtain a real estate license.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, and analyze materials and documents.
Capable of multi‑tasking and managing time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated entrepreneurial “go‑getter” with endless inner drive and a desire to “win”.
Experience in commercial real estate or related field, and sales experience preferred, but not required.
