About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established and growing insurance organization, is seeking an experienced

Account Executive / Account Manager

to manage a defined book of business and strengthen client and carrier relationships within the property and casualty insurance sector.

This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented professional who can lead client implementations, oversee ongoing service delivery, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while driving account retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

primary relationship manager

for an assigned client portfolio, delivering responsive, high-quality service and support.

Lead implementation

of new client programs, including carrier coordination, communication campaigns, employee correspondence, and system integrations (file transfers, enrollment platforms, etc.).

Oversee

ongoing client servicing , ensuring service timelines, participation reporting, and follow-ups are executed to standard.

Conduct

client meetings

independently or in collaboration with leadership, maintaining consistent engagement and proactive communication.

Manage

marketing and renewal processes

as assigned, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure competitive solutions.

Review

client documents and agreements

(carrier contracts, employee booklets, etc.) for accuracy, compliance, and clarity.

Educate clients on

new benefit offerings , communication strategies, and emerging insurance options.

Support

business development efforts

by preparing proposals and tailored presentations for prospective clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field—or equivalent insurance industry experience.

Minimum

3 years of insurance industry experience , ideally in

Property & Casualty with Real Estate specialization .

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and customer service skills.

Advanced proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, multiple priorities, and client deliverables.

Knowledge of

insurance financial structures

and product offerings.

Active 2-20 License

required if compensated on new business.
