Tool/Mold Maker
Location: Lancaster, PA (on-site) Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm Compensation: $35 -$39 /hr (Dependent on Experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Position Summary
This role is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing all plastic injection molds/tools. Essential Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting, repairing and modifying molds by cleaning, grinding and polishing Use various machining processes (milling, grinding, EDM) to maintain molds and fabricate ejector pins Partnering with internal teams to understand requirements and recommend enhancements for mold performance Ensure molds meet quality and precision standards to manufacture custom products Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Ideal Candidate Experience:
Previous experience in Tool/Mold Making for plastic injection molding Willingness to adhere to established procedures and specifications Ability to accurately review blueprints and read, write, and communicate in English Proven experience maintaining accurate records and inventory Physical Demands of Position:
The ability to manage several projects at one time with frequent interruptions and tight deadlines. Ability to work in loud manufacturing environment Occasional need to bend, squat, climb, grasp, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. Frequent walking / standing Company Benefits:
