Board Operator (Part-Time) - WSB Atlanta Radio Location: Atlanta, GA 30309 Position Overview Cox Media Group’s Atlanta Radio seeks a Part‑Time Board Operator. Are you a studio pro who can bring a live show together in real time? Do you have a vision for a creative audio experience and the technical chops to back it up? The ideal Board Operator acts like a conductor, moving sounds and audio elements in place to deliver compelling radio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate audio controls and digital computer cart system Run live and recorded talk shows, sports programming and music operations for weekend and overnight shifts Maintain transmitter status of multiple sites Coordinate newscasts Record, playback and route audio for remote broadcasts and network studio events Operate a radio control board, take transmitter readings, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Qualifications High school diploma; drug‑free; previous media experience helpful Ability to take directions Must be available to work nights and weekends Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record About Cox Media Group Cox Media Group is a leading media company with award‑winning content and exceptional team members.
