PHS has been committed to providing state-of-the-art home medical equipment, supplies, clinical respiratory care and enteral nutrition services since 1987. The purpose of the BPD Outreach Representative is to promote the products, services, and expertise of the Breast Pump Depot service line for Pediatric Home Service to hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals (HCPs) and others in the marketplace with a goal of driving long-term revenue growth.

Waco, TX
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Requirements:
IBCLC or CLC and Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
THE POSITION
Embodies core mission principles, emphasizing patient focus, teamwork, continual improvement, advanced technology, and exceptional care.
Represents PHS at conferences and events to expand product and service offerings.
Implements strategies to grow offerings in assigned market(\u2013)s and identifies new referral relationships.
Stays informed about healthcare trends, advising on new services and products.
Analyzes market research, sales data, and patient demographics for growth forecasts.
Collaborates with DME sales/marketing team to achieve outreach goals and boost referrals.
Works with EVP – Market Outreach to enhance messaging for pediatric home care continuum.
Serves as a liaison between internal teams and healthcare professionals, facilitating communication and managing patient documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
An entrepreneurial mentality, you’ll need to be motivated to ensure success!
Minimum of three years o f experience in health care services, preferably in lactation care and support.
Sales experience is a bonus, but not required.
Experience working with local pediatric hospitals and clinics would be preferred
A sound understanding of outreach in the medical sales field, preferably in the home health industry, including regulatory requirements.
Established relationships among the health care community, and an eagerness to forge new relationships.
Total and enthusiastic commitment to customer service, quality and taking care of the child.
Sales experience preferred but not required
