Base pay range $65,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr
Work is fully on‑site at our Richmond, VA office (no remote option). Local candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers face‑to‑face in a retail environment and share current promotions.
Support in‑store marketing campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
Clearly and professionally communicate promotional offers and product information.
Represent our clients with integrity while working toward individual and team sales goals.
Deliver excellent customer service and create positive brand experiences.
Track personal and team performance metrics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
No prior experience required (retail, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
