Marketing Account Assistant Part‑Time In Office | Growth to Full‑Time Opportunity
Role Overview This role supports Account Managers by executing curated marketing initiatives across monetization platforms, content systems, and light creative needs. The ideal candidate has prior marketing or agency experience, understands execution workflows, and takes ownership of deliverables.

Location and Schedule In Office
5566 Main Street, Suite 206 Frisco, Texas
Hours: Monday through Friday 9 AM to 3 PM (Hours may extend due to large sales events throughout the year.)
Compensation and Benefits Pay: Starting at
$20 per hour
based on experience
Paid weekly
Performance review at
120 days
with opportunity for increased pay and responsibility

What You Will Do
Support Account Managers with execution of aligned marketing and monetization initiatives
Input curated content and monetization links across platforms
Execute content distribution and publishing workflows
Assist with light graphic design using brand‑aligned templates
Maintain accuracy, organization, and consistency across accounts
Support internal workflows within project management systems
What We Are Looking For
Prior experience in a marketing agency, brand, or content‑driven environment
Strong understanding of content input, monetization platforms, or digital workflows
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator who can work within established processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred
Path for Growth Phase 1 Marketing Account Assistant Focus on execution, accuracy, and platform input while supporting Account Managers
120 Day Review Performance review with opportunity for increased compensation and expanded responsibility
Phase 2 Senior Account Assistant Ownership of larger account tasks, platform oversight, and deeper client workflow involvement
Phase 3 Account Manager Full Time Direct management of client accounts, strategy execution, reporting, and client communication
