Screw drivers, measuring devices, adjustable end wrench, various crimping devices.* Demonstrate competence in the manufacturing of wire harnesses.* Must be willing to be moved into various work areas in order to meet production requirements or where skills best serve department and company goals.* Box and label product according to standards.* Must be willing to work overtime periods including weekends to meet production demands.* Participation in team huddles, group projects and one on one communications.* **Education:** High school diploma/GED* **Years of Experience:** 0* **Other Qualifications:*** Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers.* Ability to print and speak simple sentences.* Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and diagrams, short correspondence, and memos.* Ability to write simple correspondence.* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.* Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.* Box and label product according to standards.* The ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects in close working proximity.* The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)**SHAPE YOUR FUTURE.
