About the Role We’re hiring an entry-level Paralegal who’s committed to learning and growing in the real estate practice area. This is a great position for someone with strong administrative skills and a desire to support clients, attorneys, and paralegals in a fast‑paced legal environment. You’ll play a key role in organizing real estate files and assisting with closings while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship from a seasoned paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a helpful, professional point of contact for clients, lenders, and realtors
Manage real estate files, document collection, and digital case organization
Prepare routine correspondence, meeting confirmations, and closing reminders
Assist with scheduling closings, inspections, and related client appointments
Learn to support real estate closings, title order tracking, and document e‑recording
Shadow an experienced real estate paralegal and participate in ongoing training
Use case management and document systems to support case workflows and client updates
About You
Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new platforms and processes
Organized, dependable, and detail‑oriented under time pressure
Proactive and resourceful, anticipating next steps to support the paralegal
Comfortable managing calendars and communicating with clients and third parties
Interested in building a strong foundation in real estate law and legal support
Professional communication style, both written and verbal
Trustworthy, discreet, and committed to maintaining client confidentiality
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary –$40,000 to $60,000 commensurate with experience
Health and dental insurance
Paid time offMonday–Friday in‑office schedule
