Job Location : Lititz, PA 17543
Salary Range : $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly
PREP COOK - Fulltime, 10-days per pay, Monday through Friday, 6AM - 2PM, every other weekend/holiday
Summary:
Assists in the preparation of the delicious dishes created within the community dining room kitchen. All prep cooks should be quick and diligent multitaskers with a willingness to improve and excel on the job. This role works in a fast-paced, busy environment and requires teamwork.

Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Language Proficiency:
Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Safe food handling:
Demonstrated knowledge of safe food handling, sanitation-, Serve-Safe-, HAACP standards, and infection control.
Special Diets:
Understand and assist in the delivery of special diets ordered by the physician.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills, customer service, and familiarity with therapeutic diets.
2–3 years’ experience in institutional food production (preferred)
2 years’ experience in institutional cooking (preferred)
1 year experience in supervising people (preferred)
