TheLifestyleStateSalesManager will support the DivisionSalesManager and RegionalVicePresidentofSaleswithrespect tothe annual salesorder solicitationplan.Critical to thisrole isidentifyingsales order initiatives,utilizingandallocatingsalesteamresourcesrelated tolocal on- and off-premisespends, point of sale, tastings, menu, and T & Etoexecutesalesorder solicitationstrategy, and otherlifestylesales solicitation supportactivitiesas necessary. Our ideal candidate will be ready to become an expert ofthe Tito’sHandmade Vodka brand and be able to successfully manage all aspects ofthe sales order solicitationplan executionwithintheir given area. Core Responsibilities:
Effectively interacts and partners with all distributor roles and develop andmaintainrelationships with all major customersof distributorthatpurchaseTito’s products and other customers who may in the future purchase Tito’s productsin order todrive sales orderstothe distributor andultimately toTito’s. Manages, coaches, and directsstatesalesteam memberswith respect to the implementation of thesales order solicitation strategy, includingproduct displays,use of sales-related systems, brand standards, sharing brand story, compliance, and all selling tools such as ‘profit calculator’ and ‘three-part pricing’ Monitor salesordergoalsand distributor-to-retailer/wholesalersalesKPIsandmotivate and traindistributor sales teams on salesorder solicitationstrategiesforTito’s Handmade Vodka Solicit and support sales solicitation in the assigneddivision. Sell and execute annual salesorder solicitationplans that deliver company goal Oversee execution of local salesorder solicitation,addressing opportunities to drive salesorderstothe distributor andultimately toTito’s Conduct meetingsregardingsales order solicitation strategywith distributor team as needed Obtain leadson potential opportunities withon-and off-premiseretailer/wholesaler customers ofdistributorandpotential opportunities forfresh regional salesorder solicitationprogrammingfor purposes of driving sales to and by distributor. Work with distributor tomaintainpricing, distributorinventorylevelsconsistent with expected sales arising from the pursuit of sales orders,andsales depletion reporting, andoptimizesalesof the distributorin designated state(s), asappropriate. Oversee execution of sampling activity to drive salesto the distributorandultimately toTito’sand educatethird-party demo agencieson sales solicitation ofTito’sproducts. Any and alladditional activities necessary to support salesordersolicitation in thedivision. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of sales management experience;and 10 years of alcohol salesexperience reflecting increasing levels of management responsibility Bachelor’s degreeorcommensurateexperience Results driven, enthusiastic & motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Polished Sales & Presentation Skills Strongnegotiation skills Ability toprovideexpert-level insights into more complex channel markets Ability to coach/train/motivate/influence Analytical skills/strategic vision Pricing analysisproficiency Be knowledgeable of Federal and State regulations as they pertain to the sale of alcoholic beverages Physically capable of executing all essential functions to perform the job Must have a valid US Driver’s License, safe drivingrecordand access to areliable vehicle to be used for work purposes Legally able to work in USA Compensation & Benefits:
