Role: Certified Care Aide/Caregiver As a valued member of our care team, you will support clients in their homes under the supervision of a Care Coordinator, delivering personalized assistance that meets their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)
Prepare nutritious meals
Perform light housekeeping tasks
Accompany clients on outings, errands, and appointments
Provide medication assistance and reminders
Support with ambulation and mobility
Offer companionship and emotional support
Follow individualized care plans
Maintain accurate documentation and charting
Required Qualifications
Certified Care Aide Certificate or equivalent
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Clear TB test or chest X-ray
Reliable transportation within the Qualicare Home Care Central NJ area
Access to mobile phone and internet
