will be responsible for developing a professional rapport with hiring managers and stakeholders to evaluate hiring needs. The Senior Executive Recruiter will develop executive candidate pipelines for high demand positions in a proactive recruitment strategy.Engages with senior leaders and HR to understand the business talent needs, challenges and priorities in order to build proactive sourcing and go-to-market strategies for identifying and attracting top executive talent. Have an in-depth understanding of the business areas and the skills which are in demand.Ensure the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity and build brand advocacy for the Caterpillar brand.Provide continuous feedback to Hiring Managers and Leaders on sourcing and recruiting activity, outreach, challenges and overall insights on the external market conditions. Ability to translate challenges into creative solutions to overcome roadblocks.Ability to utilize talent market insights tools to uncover in depth to help inform the recruitment strategy and educate hiring leaders.**Process Management:** Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes.
