Crew Member Utility Pole Inspection As a utility pole inspection crew member, you will learn and work in providing routine maintenance and remedial treatment of wood poles used to carry power lines and other above‑ground utility lines. You will also gain experience identifying any decay or defects.

We provide Paid On‑The‑Job Training, Hotel Accommodations, Per‑Diem, Performance incentives, transportation from starting point to a remote location, and much more. PPE is provided, including Hardhat, Safety Vest, Safety glasses, work gloves, etc. You will be required to provide acceptable workwear, as well as boots with a hard toe.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Complete routine maintenance and remedial treatment of wood poles

Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment.

Achieve expected safety, quality, and production goals.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Ability to read maps and navigate in congested areas.

Mechanically inclined and experience with a variety of tools preferred but not required.

This is a minimum 40‑hour workweek with Saturdays considered inclement weather make‑up days.

Must adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Pre‑Screen

Upon offer, employees may be required to complete and pass a pre‑employment drug screen, background, and/or MVR check.

License & Certifications

Driver License Preferred but not required.

Travel Requirements Willing to travel locally, statewide, and regionally as needed. Overnight stays will be necessary (Paid hotel accommodations provided by the employer along with a per‑diem).
