Cleo Bay Subaru Location: 2125 E. Stan Schlueter Loop, Killeen TX, 76542 Summary: To process the shipping and receiving of parts through the Parts Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Controls receipt of inventory
Advise and sell parts to retail customers, actively promoting retail sale of parts and accessories that add value and utility to customer-owned vehicles
Sell parts to wholesale customers, stressing advice, service and prompt delivery to help grow business
Receives incoming shipments, checking the packing slip with actual shipment for completeness and accuracy before placement in appropriate warehouse location
Identifies and reports all overages and shortages
Stocks parts and accessories in correct bin locations
Notifies appropriate personnel of receipt of all special orders
Performs inventory test counts as directed by management
Loads and unloads trucks
Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
Participates in required training
Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.

Education/Experience Previous Parts experience 1-2 years desired. Previous warehouse experience desired.
