Your Role

Meet with motivated sellers in Dana Point and South Orange County

Guide pricing, prep, and positioning conversations

Win listings and manage the sales process

Host open houses and handle negotiations

Track pipeline and performance using our systems

Work alongside a focused, production driven team

Coachable, confident, and accountable

Strong follow up habits and basic tech comfort

Responsibilities

Liaise between the supervising broker and clients

Input information received about clients through streamlined database management

Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary

Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements

Convey messages to broker that were received through phone calls, emails, memos, or reports

Qualifications

Experience using word processing programs, spreadsheets and Multiple Listing Service

Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills

High school diploma required

Can work on deadline and handle private client information

Real estate experience preferred but not required

Compensation $88,000 yearly
