Job Overview Job Title: Restoration Sales & Operations Lead

Location: Charlotte, NC

Base salary: $65,000/year

Profit‑based commissions: $60,000 – $135,000/year (in addition to base)

Total potential earnings: $125,000 – $200,000/year

What you’ll do Own a local territory like a mini‑business with platform support.

Respond to emergency leads: take calls, get on site, build trust, win the job.

Sell the job: scope work, set expectations, coordinate documentation for insurance.

Run the work: direct a small team, keep jobs on time, clean up, meet spec.

Build local relationships: maintain partners, represent the brand.

Own your numbers: hit monthly goals for jobs, revenue, margin, reviews; collaborate with central team.

Requirements

Comfortable talking to customers in stressful situations and leading conversation.

Willing to be on call on a rotation basis (nights/weekends).

Able and willing to do hands‑on work—tear‑outs, equipment—training provided.

Strong driver’s license record, able to operate a company vehicle.

Comfortable using basic tech: phone apps, job management software, email/text.

Able to manage subs and/or small crews, hold people accountable.

Restoration/construction experience is a plus, but not required.

Performance upside: realistic path to $125,000–$200,000/year within 6–12 months as your outpost ramps and hits targets.

Training: full training in mitigation, scoping, documentation; playbooks, coaching, ride‑alongs.
