Summary:
We are seeking a PIM Web Content Manager to own and manage all product data that supports our web experience. This role is responsible for updating, enriching, structuring, and publishing product information across our digital channels, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with PIM systems, product‑content workflows, and e‑commerce best practices for product presentation and conversion. This role will also make strategic recommendations on how we structure and present product data to improve findability, customer experience, and revenue performance.
Responsibilities:
Own all product data that supports the websites, including titles, features, specifications, attributes, taxonomy, digital assets, and enriched content.
Add new products and update existing products within the PIM, ensuring accurate data flow to the website and other digital channels.
Manage product information workflows, including vendor data ingestion, data cleansing, attribute enrichment, and multichannel publishing.
Manage and execute website pricing processes, including markdown updates, promotional campaigns, and temporary price adjustments across individual web properties.
Maintain a consistent product taxonomy, categorization structure, and attribute schema that improves navigation, search, filtering, and conversion.
Maintain a standardized tagging library that supports dynamic collections, onsite search rules, and facets across all web properties.
Build and enforce product‑data standards, governance rules, naming conventions, and data‑quality checks across all categories.
Partner with e‑commerce, merchandising, UX, and marketing teams to ensure product content supports conversion, SEO, and customer experience goals.
Recommend improvements to PDP structure, attribute sets, cross‑sell/upsell logic, variant presentation, and mobile layout.
Audit web product data completeness and accuracy regularly; report on data‑quality KPIs such as completeness, error rate, and time‑to‑publish.
Collaborate with IT on PIM integrations to ERP, e‑commerce, and content systems to maintain a single source of truth for product data.
Stay current on PIM and product‑experience best practices, including automation opportunities, AI‑powered enrichment, and omnichannel data strategy.
Support e‑commerce initiatives by ensuring timely setup of new SKUs, seasonal assortments, global versions, and brand‑specific content requirements.
Provide leadership on how web product data should evolve to support growth, including new attribute models, richer content, or enhanced categorization.
Qualifications:
Customer‑focused mindset and commitment to delivering accurate and valuable product information.
Strong understanding of PIM systems, product data models, attributes, taxonomy, and data governance.
Experience managing e‑commerce product content for a large or complex catalog.
Ability to think strategically about product data and execute tactically on daily updates.
Proficiency with ERP or PIM workflows, product data templates, and structured data.
Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and how product data powers site behavior.
Ability to analyze product‑content performance, user behavior, and conversion data to make recommendations.
Strong organizational and project‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with merchandising, marketing, UX, sales, and technical teams.
Understanding of SEO fundamentals, product schema markup, and how product content impacts organic discoverability.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in BigCommerce, NetSuite, Jasper or other PIM / DAM tools
Experience with global catalogs, multi‑brand environments, or technical products.
Experience with Tableau or other BI platforms for reporting and analysis.
Experience with AI‑powered enrichment tools or automated product‑content workflows.
