Now let’s talk about the work.

This role is all about

water‑based ink mixing and color matching on press . You’ll partner closely with the Art Department to receive color requests, determine substrate, OPV, and location, and check whether a color has already been matched. If it has, you’ll print or adjust the formula. If it hasn’t, you’ll pull from Pantone Live and match it—making sure every match comes in under a

DE of 1 using the X‑Rite database .

You’ll save samples, update and assign formula numbers, record LAB values, roll out three sheets of the new color on the correct substrate, and return them to the Art Department within a

3‑day turnaround . You’ll also send monthly formula database updates to all locations to support new and upcoming jobs.

This is a high‑volume environment— 372 matches were completed in the last 6 months —and the team needs full‑time support.

What you’ll need:

At least

1 year of water‑based ink mixing/color matching experience

Openness to working

day, night, weekend, and rotating shifts

Experience color matching on press

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Zoom, email)

Willingness to complete a drug screen, physical, and background check if offered

Reliable transportation to the Walton, KY worksite
