Job Summary We are looking for a
Server
who brings friendly energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn and grow. As a member of the team, you’ll help give our guests a dining experience they will never forget.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction.
Greet guests promptly, assist with menu selection, and make recommendations when necessary.
Accurately take and place orders, delivering them promptly once prepared.
Address guests' concerns or issues, escalating to management as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and pantry during shift.
Complete all side work as assigned.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
