About the Role Hotel Management & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a hands‑on Property Attendant who is a committed team player, flexible and able to handle multiple hotel responsibilities including general preventative maintenance, cleaning public areas, prepping rooms for housekeeping, and assisting with laundry duties.

Primary Duties

Maintenance: Manage work orders promptly and adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule. Duties include shampooing carpets, cleaning hard‑surface floors, light electrical and plumbing work, public space janitorial work, parking lot upkeep, trash cleanup, PTAC cleaning, drywall repair, painting, caulking, etc.

Inventory: Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and tools, and provide orders to management.

Housekeeping: Prep rooms for housekeepers, including removing linens and trash, moving furniture, reviewing maintenance needs, etc.

Emergency procedures: Follow property emergency procedures and ensure security for the property and guests.

Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Repetitive climbing of stairs and ladders.

Tasks involving kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing, bending, and twisting for long periods.

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
