As an Express Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring quick and efficient service, ensuring a seamless and positive experience every time.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival for express service appointments.
Assess customer needs and provide accurate information regarding service options and timelines.
Schedule and coordinate express service work efficiently to maximize productivity.
Communicate effectively between customers and service technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
Manage customer expectations and resolve any service‑related concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in automotive service advising or similar customer‑facing roles is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time effectively.
Knowledge of Audi, Porsche, and Volkswagen brands is a plus.
