We are looking for a customer service representative to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction in a retail store engaged in selling tires and related automotive parts and mechanical services.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
Excellent phone skills driving sales and setting appointments for the store
Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
Offering company's credit line to customers and processing applications
Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
Work within a team environment while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed
Oversee technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks
Maintain inventory counts
Overall cleanliness and organization of the store
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience
General automotive knowledge
Leadership ability
Team orientation
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
Valid driver’s license
