Tapestry Solutions, a part of Boeing Global Services (BGS), is seeking a Benefits Specialist in Maryland Heights, MO and/or Swansea, IL. The successful candidate will be the sole Benefits Specialist for an organization of close to 500 employees with domestic and some international benefits. The person will be responsible for the day to day administration of the programs as well as making recommendations around new benefit opportunities to consider.
Position Responsibilities
Administers benefit programs
Provides employee support on benefit and leave related issues
Responsible for regular employee (and leadership) communication that help increase the utilization and overall value of our benefit offerings
Leads corporate communication efforts regarding employee health, well-being and connectedness
Maintains knowledge of compliance initiatives, trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in benefits including both domestic and international
Makes recommendations on designing and implementation of benefit plans, including costs
Works with insurance providers and vendors to resolve employee issues
Analyzes and reports on benefits data
Supports all benefits audit and compliance reporting
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Proficiency with Workday and ADP Workforce Now
Advanced proficiency with Excel

$68,000 - $84,000
