Entry-Level Automotive Technicians (Oil Change Technicians)
to join our service team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin a career in the automotive industry. The Oil Change Technician plays a key role in performing routine maintenance services, such as oil changes and fluid checks, while assisting in identifying potential vehicle issues. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and filter replacements
Assist with vehicle inspections and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns
Complete routine services efficiently and accurately to manufacturer and dealership standards
Communicate findings clearly with service advisors to ensure a smooth repair process
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest service techniques and technologies
Support fellow technicians and team members as needed to meet customer and service department goals
Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Adhere to the company’s uniform policy
While auto repair experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Previous dealership or service shop experience preferred, but not required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Strong work ethic, team player, reliability, and commitment to excellent customer service
Working knowledge of shop equipment is a must.
Must provide own tools
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is a requirement.
