Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a welcoming environment.
Develop product knowledge in all deli areas.
Prepare, cut, slice, weigh and package deli items according to standards and quality goals.
Clean workspace, equipment, instruments, and utensils.
Complete additional duties as directed by deli and store managers.
Support and comply with all company safety and security standards.
Maintain composure and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Essential Skills & Experience
Ability to prioritize work tasks, multi‑task, and maintain focus.
Strong customer service skills and effective communication.
Flexible schedule availability.
Basic computer knowledge.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with a wide range of customers, employees, and management.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
Work performed in a typical retail environment.
Ability to lift weights up to 40 lbs. frequently.
Ability to stand for long periods, kneel, bend, reach, and move as needed.
Ability to work in various temperature control climates, indoor and outdoor.
Use of machinery including slicer, oven, knives, deep fryer, steamer, and wrapper.
