Assistant Golf Professional

Overview Belmont Country Club, located in Perrysburg, Ohio, is a private, member‑owned facility with over 310 golf members and approximately 20,000 rounds annually. The facility hosts USGA Qualifiers, the Toledo Open, NOGA events, Drive Chip & Putt and more. The course is currently undergoing a substantial bunker and green complex renovation.

Belmont Country Club has seen significant growth and is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional. This individual will support the Head Golf Professional in daily golf operations, focusing on member/guest experience, instruction, pro shop management (merchandising, inventory), tournament coordination, and staff supervision, ensuring smooth operations and upholding club standards for service, rules, and facility appearance, often stepping in for the Head Golf Professional when needed.

Duties include teaching clinics, managing tee sheets, overseeing outside services, merchandising, maintaining handicaps, and enforcing policies, requiring strong customer service, organization, and golf knowledge.

This position will provide room for growth in compensation and further professional development.

Experience Required

PGA Member of Associate preferred

1 Year as Intern or Assistant Professional
