Product Strategy & Execution Manager – 3‑6 Month Contract Location: Bridgewater, NJ (hybrid). Contract length: 3‑6 months.

Base Pay Range $53.00/hr – $60.00/hr

Adecco Creative & Marketing is recruiting a Product Strategy & Execution Manager for our client in Bridgewater, NJ. This role supports the organization’s New Business / New Products team, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to transform early‑stage ideas into executable business plans within an identified new product category.

The position plays a key role in research, planning, and execution, helping shape product concepts, evaluate markets and competitors, and align on feature sets, pricing, and launch strategies to drive successful product development and commercialization.

This is a highly collaborative and hands‑on role that works closely with new business leadership—attending strategy discussions, translating insights into action, and ensuring clarity and alignment from concept through product launch.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and observe strategy and planning meetings to capture insights, identify action items, and translate discussions into clear execution plans

Conduct market and competitive research to support new product development, including pricing, positioning, and feature evaluation

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product positioning, branding, and go‑to‑market strategies

Prepare reports, briefs, analyses, and recommendations to support decision‑making and executive alignment

Independently manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating across cross‑functional teams

Monitor progress of assigned initiatives to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in product marketing, business analysis, strategy, operations, or a related field

Product management exposure—experience supporting teams developing and launching new products

Marketing experience, particularly in product positioning and messaging development

Market assessment experience, including evaluation of new markets, pricing, and sales channels

Go‑to‑market planning experience, contributing to launch strategy and execution

Engineering or technical background preferred but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong analytical and research skills with exceptional attention to detail

Ability to translate high‑level concepts into structured, actionable plans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable working independently

Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, product launches, and go‑to‑market processes
