The Junior Digital Graphic Designer / e‑Commerce Specialist will be an integral part of the team responsible for shaping the visual components of Funky Junque’s digital presence. In this role, you’ll work directly with leadership to help translate business and marketing objectives into designs that are clear, compelling, and emotionally engaging. No two days will be the same—you’ll gain experience across multiple areas of a fast‑paced fashion e‑commerce business.

Duties and Responsibilities

Participate in the creative process by preparing rough drafts and presenting well‑developed and strategic creative solutions to meet all project objectives.

Develop, design and execute on‑brand content using Photoshop, Canva, and AI for Amazon (product pages, store, A+ page content and advertising campaigns). You will also develop materials for use in social media ads, infographics, across multiple platforms.

Collaborate with the team on the conceptualization and design of new products including sketching and prototyping.

Initiate concepts and work independently and/or with design leads.

Must be able to handle several projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and/or minor in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (required).

0‑2 years of professional experience.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) plus Canva; comfortable with video basics (Premiere/CapCut) for short‑form ads.

Fashion lover who shops for apparel on e‑commerce and looks for apparel on social media.

Must be detail‑oriented, well organized, and able to thrive in a deadline‑driven environment.

Must be willing to be flexible in job duties and take on additional responsibility when necessary.

Nice‑to‑Haves

Basic Excel and Word skills.

How To Apply This hybrid position requires primarily working onsite at our HQ in Northbrook, IL with ability to work from home 1–2 days a week after six months of employment.
