Job Title: Business Development Specialist Requirement: Master's Degree in Marketing with 12 months of experience in Excel, SPSS, R Studio, Tableau, SQL, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, Audition, Illustrator, After Effects Job Description: Work with Sales Director to achieve the sales target by creating detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas. Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships. Use key accounts data to help the Sales Director determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results using Excel, SPSS, R Studio, Tableau, and SQL. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. Keep close contact with key accounts and strive to secure ongoing business. Present products to prospective clients. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication. Communicate with key accounts to ensure satisfaction with products and services. Respond to complaints and resolve issues with the aim of maintaining customer satisfaction and protecting the company’s reputation. Implement sales programs with key accounts. Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of sales and customer data using Excel and SQL. Assist in the development, production, and delivery of publications, including seasonal brochures, flyers, posters, direct mail promotions, calendars, and other marketing materials. Write, design, and produce content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects. Use marketing methods and Tableau, R Studio, and SPSS to analyze market trends, key account behavior, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to the Sales Director. Develop and manage a media contact list and produce press kits, stories, announcements, and communication pieces using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Collect market information and recommend pricing adjustments to the Sales Director by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand using Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Maintain professional knowledge and support the resolution of disputes with the public or vendors. Assist in the implementation of promotional strategies using content created via Adobe Audition, Premiere, and After Effects.
