Summary At Hyatt, we believe our guests select Hyatt because of our caring and attentive associates who are focused on providing efficient service and meaningful experiences. The Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on‑site meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests. It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.
What You’ll Do:
Represents the Hyatt brand and makes a connection with the meeting planner to ensure that the hotel has a positive image.
Stays in close contact with all hotel departments to ensure that all planner and hotel requests are met.
The eyes and ears for all meetings and special events, communicating specifically with the Events Department to ensure the managers feel the operations is running smoothly.
Checking all event space and comparing to event orders prior to planner arrival to make sure everything is ready exactly as desired.
Communicating and addressing concerns and opportunities with planners and helping quickly find creative solutions.
