Concrete/Site Foreman

Summary/Objective The Foreman manages activities of a crew of workers. Concrete and sitework experience preferred.
Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Blueprint and specification reading.
Has knowledge and understanding to plan for every task to be performed in a safe manner.
Keep daily field records.
Conduct weekly jobsite safety meetings.
Manage workers continuously.
Prepare employee payroll.
Physical Demands The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Hours of work vary based on project needs. Overtime as required.
Required Education and Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional education a plus. M inimum 2 years’ experience supervising a crew of employees required. Previous concrete experience preferred.
