Summary Description Reporting to the Creative Services Manager, the Graphic Designer is responsible for aiding in the design and creative execution of the Cleveland Browns brand and all projects relating to that brand. Designer will work on various projects while also acting as a creative consultant for other internal departments. Individual will also participate regularly in creative brainstorming and concept development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist Creative Services Department with project needs: digital ads, social graphics, email creative, posters, logos, flyers, signage, invites, print ads, autograph cards, seating charts, pricing maps, etc. while adhering to our brand identity standards

Work with the Corporate Partnership Team in helping to design their presentation decks and assist with creation of mockups for proposed entitlement signage

Develop and maintain relationships with various printers and outside vendors; solicit vendor print quotes

Occasional editing of photos and online gallery creation on Cleveland Browns game days

Meet all creative deadlines with a high level of design and execution

Opportunity is an in-house design position and not available for remote candidates

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelor of Arts degree or art school training preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Acrobat along with Microsoft: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required. Working knowledge of printing process a must. Minimum of one-year professional experience preferred. Related work experience in the sports industry is a plus.

Volunteer participation in Browns events and initiatives when demand is needed
