**Senior Sales Trainer - X** **About the Senior Sales Trainer - X:**
is looking for a Senior Sales Trainer to support our X team. The Senior Sales Trainer will report directly to the Program Director, using **Location:** Ogden, UT – Hybrid Work with the Program Director, managers, and team leads to monitor and assess training impact on team performance with the end of better aligning training content and methods to improve performance.Other applicable duties as assigned. Ads and media sales experience required.Experience delivering training to sales teams in a professional environment. Computer technology experience a plus – particularly as it relates to e-learning and training within a virtual environment. Graphical design experience a plus - specifically the ability to create visually appealing graphics that communicate complex ideas in an understandable format. Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical abilities and organizational skills, driven by results and business impacts.
