Core Duties Of A Sales And Customer Service Associate:

Proactively engage with residential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for Verizon products and services, aiming to exceed sales targets

Clearly articulate the features and benefits of wireless plans, devices, and accessories to facilitate informed customer decisions

Efficiently guide customers through new account setups, service upgrades, and data transfers

Offer initial troubleshooting for common issues and escape complex problems to the appropriate support teams

Process all sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and in compliance with company policies

Continuously update knowledge on new technology, service updates, and special offers to provide accurate customer information

Collaborate effectively with Sales and Customer Service Associates and other team members to share knowledge, support initiatives, and contribute to a productive sales environment
