I'm working with a well-established global data, research, and intelligence organisation in the media, information services, and subscription data industry that's hiring an Account Executive to join its New York commercial team.
This is a true end-to-end Account Executive role, selling high-value B2B subscription products, including market intelligence, economic data, and research, to senior stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise organisations.
Location: New York Working pattern: 3 days onsite in their Manhattan office, 2 days flexible
What you'll be doing
Owning the full sales cycle as an Account Executive, from outbound prospecting through to close
Selling annual and multi-year B2B subscriptions (data, research, intelligence)
Leading consultative conversations with senior decision-makers across Strategy, Finance, Risk, and Commercial teams
Building a strong new business pipeline while expanding existing accounts
Managing opportunities through CRM and forecasting accurately
Partnering with marketing, product, and research teams to tailor solutions
What I'm looking for
Proven experience as an Account Executive (or similar) within B2B subscription sales
Background in SaaS, data, research, media, or information services
Comfortable with outbound/new business and longer, consultative sales cycles
Confident selling to senior and C‑suite stakeholders
Commercial, curious, and value‑led in your sales approach
