In this role you’ll engage warm leads and conduct outbound calls to spark meaningful, results-driven conversations. You’ll collaborate with members to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that ensure a smooth sales process and long-term member satisfaction built on trust and credibility.
This role moves quickly! You’ll manage a high volume of activity, pivot between tasks seamlessly, and make smart decisions in real time. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently meet or exceed sales performance standards and quotas; strive to surpass assigned sales goals
Thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Quickly develop comprehensive product knowledge in the dynamic healthcare industry
Develop, manage, and maintain a robust, active sales pipeline
Utilize active listening skills to engage in discovery, address concerns, and provide solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service with a member-first mindset
Balance performance goals with member-first selling practices
Qualifications
Energetic, optimistic, and persistent, with a proven track record of success in a goal-driven environment
Comfortable multitasking and can handle rapid context-switching without losing momentum
Strong desire to help others succeed and discover their “Why”
Collaborative team player who will share sales tactics and is eager to learn from peers
Experience working with Salesforce.com or another CRM platform
Previous experience with outbound or cold calling
Proficient in computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software programs
Excellent phone and email communication and presentation skills
Open to feedback and coaching with a growth-oriented mindset and a desire to continuously improve
Comfortable working toward daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs in a performance-driven sales environment
Curious and adaptable, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and actively listen
