Internal Opportunity: Technical Account Executive
Managed IT & Cybersecurity The Technical Account Executive (TAE) role is the natural next step for successful Copy/Print Account Executives who want to evolve from hardware and solutions selling into consultative Managed IT and Cybersecurity sales. This role allows you to leverage your existing customer relationships while expanding your expertise into high-growth IT and Cyber solutions. You will continue building value with your accounts by identifying technology, security, and infrastructure opportunities that extend far beyond print. What You’ll Do
Identify Managed IT and Cybersecurity opportunities within your customer base and assigned territory Partner with Sales Engineers to scope, qualify, and propose IT and Cyber solutions Own the sales process from opportunity identification through close Meet or exceed monthly pipeline and bookings goals Present strategic proposals, budgets, and roadmaps aligned to customer business needs Maintain strong CRM discipline and participate in QBRs Requirements: Must possess a relevant combination of education. experience, and training that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions. Desired Skills: Consistent and sustained historical sales performance with relevant proof points (i.e. President’s Club, etc). Experience in technology solution sales, with relevant experience in:
Managed IT Services/MSP Environments Backup and Disaster Recovery Solutions Cybersecurity Technologies (EDR, MDR, Security Awareness Training, etc.) Information Technology Consulting Excellent Analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
