An effective Resident Care Manager (RN) oversees and coordinates resident care at Avamere Shoreline. The role ensures care planning, supervision of nursing staff, and delivery of high‑quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
Responsibilities
Participate in development and review of written care plans for each resident, ensuring they align with treatments and resident wishes.
Conduct daily rounds to verify nursing personnel perform assigned duties.
Review nurses’ notes for clarity, descriptiveness, and documentation of resident responses.
Participate in discharge plan reviews and prepare reports for the Care Plan Committee.
Delegate, train, evaluate, and support RN, LPN, and CNA personnel.
Provide direct nursing care as needed.
