As a Sales Account Specialist, you’ll be engaging directly with customers in a consultative, relationship-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:
Complete hands‑on training to develop a strong understanding of solar and home improvement solutions as a Sales Account Specialist.
Engage directly with customers in a professional, approachable manner, using consultative sales techniques to provide solutions.
Guide customers through the entire sales process from initial conversation through enrollment.
Ensure clarity, transparency, and confidence at every step.
Educate customers on product features, savings opportunities, and service details.
Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism while representing the company.
Work closely with the Sales Account Specialist team members to improve performance, share best practices, and contribute to a positive, goal‑oriented culture.
Address customer questions or concerns with care, using problem‑solving skills to deliver a smooth and positive experience.
What We’re Looking For In A Sales Account Specialist:
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in sales, account management, client relations, customer service, home improvement, or solar is a plus, but not required. We provide training.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers.
Self‑motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to stay composed and professional.
Team‑focused attitude with a desire to grow and contribute to shared success within the Sales Account Specialist team.
