QPS is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a CAD Designer position within the Architecture and Engineering (A&E) department. This candidate will be responsible for completing lease exhibits, zoning drawings, and construction drawings.
Responsibilities
Completing drawings based on client requirements, field sketches, photos, and internet map images. Peer review of other designers’ drawings as part of a quality control process. Address drawing comments based on redlines from clients, project managers, engineers, and peer reviews. Keep files and materials in an orderly manner, following standards. Qualifications
Certification in CAD Design or Associates in CAD Design. Experience or knowledge of AutoCAD. General office skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
