Job Summary This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for directing daily work, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring installations meet plans, specifications, and quality expectations. This role is well‑suited for a foreman who values accountability, structure, and pride in finished work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise crews installing architectural wall panels and cladding systems
Direct installation of architectural sheet metal including coping, flashing, trim, and custom metal
Plan daily work activities and manage crew productivity
Read and interpret drawings, details, and specifications
Enforce OSHA and company safety standardsInspect work for quality, alignment, and weather integrity
Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades
Identify and resolve field issues early to avoid delays
Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
Required Experience & Skills
3 to 5 years experience in architectural cladding, wall panels, or architectural metal systems
Foreman or Lead Installer experience preferred
Strong knowledge of metal panels, ACM, IMP, rainscreen systems, flashing, and trim
Ability to lead crews and remain hands‑on when needed
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
Strong safety mindset; OSHA certification a plus
Dependable, organized, and quality‑driven
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working on rooftops and elevated surfaces
Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
Comfortable working at heights
Ability to work in heat and outdoor conditions for extended periods
