As Client Solutions (Sales) – Enterprise Accounts, you will lead Emporia’s efforts to acquire, grow, and retain relationships with in-house insights, marketing, product, and strategy teams at leading B2B brands. Your role will focus on driving revenue growth, deepening customer adoption, and positioning Emporia as a long‑term strategic research partner for brand‑side teams. The Client Solutions (Sales) – Enterprise Accounts role is a highly client‑facing position focused on managing and expanding relationships with in‑house research, marketing, product, and strategy teams at B2B brands. This role blends account ownership, consultative selling, and strategic growth. You will partner closely with clients to understand their business objectives, translate those needs into research solutions, and expand Emporia’s footprint across teams and use cases. While this role may include growing existing accounts, the primary focus is identifying and closing new brand logos, increasing platform adoption, and becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. You will work cross‑functionally with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver exceptional client outcomes and continuously improve the brand‑side customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys owning outcomes end‑to‑end, and is excited to help build and scale Emporia’s brand‑focused GTM motion. Responsibilities

Help design, implement and scale Emporia’s enterprise GTM motion Own and grow a portfolio of brand‑side accounts, driving revenue expansion through renewals, upsells, and cross‑functional adoption Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders across insights, marketing, product, and strategy teams Identify new use cases within existing accounts (e.g., brand tracking, pricing research, buyer journey research, GTM validation) Serve as the primary point of contact for brand clients, collaborating closely with our Client Solutions team to ensure seamless project delivery Partner with Marketing to support account‑based initiatives, case studies, and expansion campaigns Provide structured feedback to Product and Engineering on brand‑side needs, feature requests, and workflow gaps Monitor usage and performance metrics to proactively identify risks and growth opportunities Represent Emporia at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Who You Are
