The Mission Solutions Operation is seeking a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Design Technician for a government contract in the National Capital Region (NCR). The ideal candidate will manage the PCB design workflow, maintain design files in the library, and provide design support to PCB fabrication and assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the PCB design expert on a cross‑functional team.

Create and maintain PCB design files in ECAD library.

Develop and maintain PCB design, assembly, and fabrication procedures.

Advise, assist, and train personnel on PCB design standards and best practices.

Support procurement requirements for PCB fabrication and assembly.

Travel CONUS and OCONUS up to 5% of time.

Required Security Clearance

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with at least 12 years of relevant experience; 16 years of experience may substitute for a degree.

Demonstrated experience using Altium Concord Pro electronic components library software and Altium Designer software.

Experience working in a team environment.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly to changing requirements.

Ability to obtain and maintain IPC specialist‑level certifications related to PCB design.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00 – general guideline only.
