Criminal Defense Paralegal

Human Resources Director at Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Criminal Law Paralegal to support our attorneys in all aspects of criminal defense. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in both misdemeanor and felony courts in Arizona. This role requires a strong understanding of criminal law procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Review and draft routine legal documents

Create and maintain case files

Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders

Conduct legal research

Qualifications

At least one year experience in both misdemeanor and felony courts in Arizona

Experience as a legal secretary or assistant or paralegal
