Processor experience is a plus but not required.
Master of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM loans.
Fluent in DU/LP.
Deep knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Winning attitude – we don’t do losers here.
Leadership: ready to build and lead a team.
Relentless work ethic – hustle hard.
Teach file structuring – educate like a boss.

I’m deep in the trenches: running pipelines, snagging leads, building relationships, and coaching. I teach how to fish, not just give the fish. And now, I need a back‑end warrior.
Responsibilities Your mission: when an application arrives, you’re the go‑to for structuring, teaching, and supporting – especially for the 6 new LO’s from the last 30 days who need guidance.
We’re grinding 7 days a week, 12‑15 hours a day. I walk the walk, so if you’re not scared of hard work and have the skills, let’s talk.
